Description

1. Desk Frame Requirements:
The main frame shall be made of 40 × 80 × 1.5mm rectangular tubes. The lower support legs shall be made of 3mm cold-rolled steel plates, formed by one-time stamping. The bottom feet shall be equipped with adjustment devices to ensure the flatness of the student desk and chair.

The connecting crossbar of the desk frame shall adopt 1.8cm thick high-quality double-sided melamine board. The connection part between the frame and the desktop shall be made of 25 × 40 × 1.2mm thick rectangular tubes. The crossbar connections shall be made of 25 × 25 × 1.2mm thick square tubes.

2. Desk Storage Compartment Requirements:
Both ends of the desk storage compartment shall be formed by stamping with 3mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plates. The remaining auxiliary tubes shall be made of round tubes with a diameter of 19mm and a thickness of 1.2mm.

3. The desktop shall be made of multi-layer board, with all four edges manufactured by one-time injection molding process. The front of the desktop shall be equipped with a pen groove.

4. All boards shall adopt E1-grade double-sided decorative fiberboards. The brands shall adopt "Lushuihe", "Daya", "Furen", or other equivalent brands of the same grade.

5. The steel tube welding shall adopt carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. The welding surface shall have uniform ripples. The welding areas shall be free from slag inclusions, pores, weld bumps, welding wire undercutting, and welding spatter. There shall be no defects such as incomplete welding, false welding, or welding voids.

The surface of steel components must undergo acid pickling and phosphating treatment, including oil removal and rust removal. Electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature baking shall be applied to improve the service life of the product. The powder-coated surface shall be bright and smooth, without particle residues or spots, with uniform color.

6. The colors are for reference only. The bidding manufacturers may select and match colors according to their own requirements. The final color shall be determined by the end user.
