1. Chair Specifications:
The chair specification is 400 × 420 × Seat Height 430mm × Backrest Height 780mm (±5mm). The seat panel shall be made of 400 × 420mm (±5mm) PE particles, formed by hot pressing and blow molding process. The backrest panel shall be made of 420 × 250mm (±5mm) PE particles, formed by hot pressing and blow molding process. The overall appearance shall be aesthetically pleasing, durable, and long-lasting.
2. Chair Frame:
The main chair frame shall be made of 20 × 40 × 1.2mm flat oval tubes. The seat panel support bracket shall adopt 15 × 30 × 1.5mm oval tubes.
The connecting parts shall be welded using carbon dioxide gas shielded welding and cured at high temperature. All welding areas shall be polished and ground. All hardware connectors shall undergo rust prevention treatment.
3. The backrest chair shall comply with the following standard requirements:
① Safety Requirements:
The chair shall comply with and be manufactured according to the requirements of QB/T 4071-2010 "Student Desks and Chairs" standard. All components shall be free from damage. Metal parts shall not have tube ends that are not sealed, and the end caps shall not be easily detached.
The parts in contact with the human body and the parts used for storing items shall not have burrs, sharp edges, sharp corners, exposed nails, or other sharp objects.
② Physical and Chemical Performance Requirements for Soft and Hard Surface Coverings:
Under a load of 1.5N, there shall be no continuous circular scratches on the surface.
Liquid Resistance:
10% sodium carbonate solution, 24 hours: The performance shall be not lower than Grade 3.
10% acetic acid solution, 24 hours: The performance shall be not lower than Grade 3.
③ Physical and Chemical Performance Requirements for Spray Coating Layer:
Salt bath resistance: After immersion in 3% sodium chloride solution, there shall be no swelling, bubbling, rusting, obvious discoloration, or loss of gloss.
Impact resistance: 3.92J, with no peeling, cracking, or wrinkling.
Adhesion: The adhesion level shall be not lower than Grade 3.
④ The chair and desk foot pads shall be manufactured by plastic mold injection molding. The front shall adopt a triangular design, and the rear shall adopt a round inner plug + outer protective pad integrated molding structure, which can effectively prevent moisture absorption of the desk and chair frame and extend the service life of the equipment.
