Description

Technical Requirements:

1. Material: The overall shoe cabinet shall be made of high-quality melamine-faced solid wood multi-layer boards. The cabinet side panels shall be made of 18mm thick melamine-faced solid wood multi-layer boards. The exposed edges shall be sealed with same-color PVC edge banding strips. The back panel and door panels shall be made of 16mm thick double-sided decorative solid wood particle boards.

The environmental protection grade of the boards shall be E0 grade. The board brands shall adopt Youzhishu, Qiannianzhou, Tubaobao, or other equivalent brands of the same grade.

2. Each layer of the back panel of the shoe cabinet shall be equipped with ventilation holes to ensure air circulation and eliminate odors.

3. The hardware hinges shall adopt brands such as Bogewisi, HAFELE, Xinliyuan, or other equivalent brands, and shall be equipped with a soft-closing damping function.

4. The color shall be selected and matched by the supplier, and the final color shall be determined by the end user.
