1. Bed Uprights:
65 × 65 × 1.2mm (±1mm) convex-shaped steel tubes.
2. Bed Length Side Rails:
86 × 36 × 1.2mm P-shaped tubes (±1mm), with a 25mm arc-shaped inner hollow space.
3. Short Cross Beams:
25 × 50 × 1.2mm square tubes.
Top Long Horizontal Tubes: 25 × 50 × 1.2mm square tubes.
4. Under-Bed Frame:
Made of 18mm thick melamine double-sided decorative solid wood multi-layer boards, with PVC edge banding. The iron frame adopts 20 × 20 × 1.2mm square tubes.
5. Bed Side Rails:
20 × 15 × 30 × 35 × 1.2mm gourd-shaped tubes (±1mm).
6. Bed Guardrails:
The frame adopts 25 × 25 × 1.2mm square tubes. The front guardrail is embedded with high-quality brand-new hollow blow-molded material, ensuring no deformation or aging during long-term use. The distance between the top edge of the safety guardrail and the upper surface of the bed platform shall be not less than 300mm, providing an aesthetic appearance while preventing items from falling.
7. Ladder:
The main frame adopts 25 × 25 × 1.2mm square tubes. The steps are made of 2mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, formed by one-time bending, and equipped with anti-slip and luminous functions, making it convenient for students to climb up and down the ladder at night.
The inside of the ladder is required to be equipped with a ladder cabinet. The ladder cabinet is made of 18mm thick high-quality double-sided decorative solid wood multi-layer boards and equipped with cabinet doors. The cabinet doors shall open upward from the bottom and remain in a vertical position when not in use, ensuring the safety of students when using the ladder.
8. Bed Boards:
The slats are uniformly made of fir wood boards with a thickness of ≥16 ± 0.5mm. The bottom adopts 30 × 40mm solid wood supports. Knot-free polished hardwood crossbars are used to fix the bed boards. All wood materials shall be planed and polished on all four sides.
9. Manufacturing Process of Steel Components:
All welding shall maintain vertical full welding. The bed board frame and bed side frame shall adopt a clip-type connection structure with concealed clips. The connection points shall not be visible from the outside, ensuring both aesthetics and firmness.
The welding surface of the steel tubes shall have uniform welding ripples. The welding areas shall be free from slag inclusions, pores, weld bumps, undercutting, and welding spatter. There shall be no defects such as incomplete welding, false welding, or burn-through.
All metal components shall undergo rust prevention processes including degreasing, rust removal, acid pickling, phosphating, drying, and other treatments. The surface shall be free from bubbles and cracks, smooth and clean, followed by electrostatic powder coating, drying treatment, and high-temperature curing. The surface shall have no discoloration.
10. The colors are for reference only. The bidding manufacturers may select and match colors according to their own requirements. The final color shall be determined by the end user.
