Description

The colors of the tabletop and bench surface can be customized.

1. Specifications: ≥2000 × 1400 × 760mm.

2. The tabletop adopts E0-grade high-quality multi-layer fire-resistant decorative panel. The edges are sealed with high-quality PVC edge banding strips in the same color, providing excellent sealing performance and waterproof properties.

3. Steel Frame: The steel frame is made of tubes with a size of ≥50mm × 50mm and a thickness of ≥1.5mm, welded together with other steel components.

4. Surface Treatment Process of Metal Parts: All metal components shall undergo processes including grinding, oil removal, acid pickling, phosphating, cleaning, rust prevention, and other treatments to ensure rust resistance and corrosion resistance.

▲ 5. Product Quality Requirements:

5.1 The melamine decorative multi-layer board shall comply with the following requirements:

According to QB/T 4371-2012, the antibacterial rate shall be not less than 99%;
According to GB/T 34722-2017 Physical and Chemical Performance Requirements, the bonding strength of plywood substrate shall be ≥0.70;
Surface bonding strength shall be ≥0.60MPa;
Crack resistance grade shall reach Level 5;
Formaldehyde emission limit shall be ≤0.03mg/m³;
According to JC/T 2039-2010, the mold resistance grade shall reach Level 1 or higher.

5.2 The edge banding strips shall comply with the physical and chemical performance requirements of QB/T 4463-2013:

Crack resistance (resistance to cracking) shall be Level 2 or higher;
Color fastness shall be greater than Level 4;
According to QB/T 4371-2012, the antibacterial rate shall be not less than 99%;
According to GB/T 32487-2016, the aging resistance of plastic components shall be ≥380h;
According to GB/T 20285-2006, the smoke toxicity shall reach ZA2 grade or higher;
According to JC/T 2039-2010, the mold resistance grade shall reach Level 1 or higher.

(The bidding documents must provide relevant supporting materials meeting the above standards, including but not limited to copies of inspection reports issued by third-party professional testing organizations with CMA or CNAS accreditation, commitment letters, etc., and such documents shall be affixed with the official seal of the bidder.
