1. Seat: Made of brand-new polypropylene (PP) with glass fiber, integrally molded by injection. Seat width ≥445mm, seat depth ≥420mm. The front surface of the seat features a decorative groove area ≥355mm (width) * 400mm (depth). A sliding surface is designed with a slide groove, and the maximum vertical height from the sliding groove to the ground is ≥9mm. The back side is equipped with a PP curved screw cover ≥75*20mm. The PP plastic board complies with QB/T4371-2012 antibacterial rate ≥99%; GB 8624-2012 Building material combustion performance classification B1–C or higher; GB/T32487-2016 plastic parts aging resistance ≥380h; impact strength ≥10 J/m²; warping degree (mm): for diagonal length 700 ≤ L < 1400, ≤0.4; Shore D hardness ≥HD72; smoke toxicity classification meets GB/T20285—2006 ZA2 or higher; JC/T2039-2010 mildew resistance grade 1 or higher.

2. Backrest: Made of brand-new polypropylene (PP) with glass fiber, integrally molded by injection. Back width ≥415mm, back height ≥440mm. The front surface of the backrest has a non-slip and breathable area ≥325mm (width) * 345mm (height), with ≥34 reinforcing ribs for anti-slip and ventilation. The rear side is designed with a sliding structure ≥(W)265mm*(H)120mm*(D)30mm, connected and fixed to the backrest by a plastic movable part ≥90mm45mm30mm, a round steel bar ≥φ7*105mm, and screws. Built-in dual spring mechanism, adjustable angle ≥7–10 degrees. The PP plastic board complies with QB/T4371-2012 antibacterial rate ≥99%; GB 8624-2012 B1–C or higher; GB/T32487-2016 aging resistance ≥380h; impact strength ≥10 J/m²; warping degree ≤0.4 for diagonal length 700 ≤ L < 1400; Shore D hardness ≥HD72; smoke toxicity ZA2 or higher; JC/T2039-2010 mildew resistance grade 1 or higher.

3. Chair legs: Made of high-quality round tube ≥16mm*1.5mm (thickness). Metal parts are processed through grinding, degreasing, acid washing, phosphating, cleaning, and anti-rust treatment, then finished with electrostatic powder coating for rust and corrosion resistance.

4. Feet: Equipped with 4 PP material foot pads.

5. Appearance of plastic parts: No cracks, obvious deformation, shrinkage, or pinholes. No dents, flash, impurities, scratches, or whitening marks. The surface shall be smooth and clean, with no scratches, burrs, fluffing, or stains. No obvious color difference.
